Allison Turcotte Photography opened up for official business in 2014, but had been capturing memories for many years prior.

As a senior in high school, Allison learned about the art of photography, making it her senior year project. She went on to study photography at Maine College of Art, and left with much knowledge of composition, light, color, and even film (and how to develop her own pictures!). From there, she worked for different photo companies while traveling about the United States, learning something new from each job performed.

In 2012, she had settled in Washington State and decided to start focusing her energy into finding her love within the industry. By the beginning of 2014, feeling pretty confident in the direction her business was heading, Allison Turcotte Photography was officially opened.

Now based in North Idaho, the business hasn’t slowed down yet!

With a love for bright, colorful, and crisp images, Allison also loves natural, raw emotions in images. With less focus on posing and more focus on what feels natural to those being photographed, you can be sure your images will show your real life in a beautiful way!
