Nora & Moose
I’ve known Nora for at least 2 years while I’ve been photographing and riding at Wild Hearts in Sandpoint. So when she told me she was moving, I knew we HAD to get a session in with her adorably expressive horse, Moose! Not only was the weather pefect, but it was a gorgeous sunset on the mountains to boot.
Nora and Moose have a great connection. She’s been training with him for over a year and has made tremendous strides with her liberty work with him.
Moose stands tall at 16.1 hands, but I think his long (and oh-so-expressive!) ears add some extra height too 😉 But despite his height, Nora had no hesitation to train with him! And good thing too — he’s such a sweetheart!
